Wholeness

What was it for you that nudged you to step onto the path of wanting to understand ‘who am I’?

Understanding and getting clear about who we are is often pre-empted by a gnawing sense that something is missing, that there has to be more meaning, something more.

The funny thing is … the search for wholeness that so many of us strive for ends up with us discovering that we are already whole! We can look to find another to fill us, to complete us, we can look to find meaning in our career, to add something to ourselves to find happiness. However, as we learn, happiness is not found in material things, we find it within.

To find our wholeness, we need to dig deep like a miner searching for gold to discover who we were before we felt separate. Finding wholeness is about finding all our lost parts, hearing what they have to say, seeing the gift in them, and finally integrating them. When we accept that light and dark are aspects of that whole, we experience them equally and evolve. We lack nothing.

When we retreat, go within, open our self up, let light into our heart and see our Essential Nature, liberating energies to support a new way of being … that’s when we find the gift of wholeness.

When we accept everything and everyone, when we accept that all imperfections are opportunities to love unconditionally, that’s when we come to wholeness – and our Essence, love, goodness can flow again through our heart.

“Something amazing happens when we surrender and just love. We melt into another world, a realm of power already within us. The world changes when we change. The world softens when we soften. The world loves us when we choose to love the world.”
