Looking at colour as a way to help you understand who you are, looking at the energy as an example of a way of being, indigo is imaginative, loves to quietly contemplate, to have time for self-reflection.
At the other end of spectrum, indigo can be structured and organised which can lead to inflexibility, a narrow-mindedness, sometimes intolerance.
The middle way is to step out of concrete thinking and connect with your heart and your knowing. This allows you to develop a deep understanding, to see yourself clearly beyond any illusions of who you think or fear you are, so that you no longer vacillate, you can make powerful decisions and take action. You can see the bigger picture, and be open-minded and discerning. You’re able to communicate your deepest feelings and build strong relationships…how good is that!
