• Are you clear on who you are, where you’re going, who you are becoming?
• Do you have a clear vision for what you want to achieve?
• Or, do you feel that there is something missing in your life? You lack a sense of purpose, you no longer have any enthusiasm for how you’re living?

There I was sitting on a bench on the common when I looked up and next thing I knew a pod landed at my feet! I was reminded of the saying ’From little acorns come mighty oaks’. From a tiny acorn grows the majestic oak – and it can seed a whole forest!

Trees symbolise the circle of life, the seasons, and for me they are magical beings! The seeds can be seen to represent a fresh start, positive energy, growth and unlimited potential. The individual leaves on the tree represent our uniqueness, and each contributes to the beauty of the whole. The branches are symbolic of our potential to reach out and express ourselves through compassionate action.

As you look ahead, if you are thinking of making a fresh start, is there anything you need to move beyond that limits your potential? Is there any fear that could be taking away your sense of value and keeping you small? Are you holding onto any old hurts?  What attitude, belief, judgement could be limiting you? Once you bring it into the light, you can understand its significance, then you can move forward with an open heart
