If you could change the world, how would it look? What is your vision of the world you want to see?
Every time we experience any sort of personal change in life – be it illness, the ending of a relationship, the loss of a job – the opportunity is to stop and look at how we see ourself, how we would like to be and what we want to do differently to move forwards. We may not enjoy the experience of a shake-up, it can help us to grow and become more of who we are – and some day we may say “it’s the best thing that ever happened”!
The change that is occurring worldwide is massive, impacting every area of life, and, with the lockdown we’ve had time to reflect.
Of course, there is a lot of negativity and fear right now, and, it’s important to be aware of the energies in our collective consciousness, to look at where these might be within us, to see what we might need to change, and then rise above them.
It’s easy to think that one person alone can’t make a difference, however that is an illusion. As is happening all around the world, small acts of kindness, offering a smile, being thoughtful and caring, helping our neighbours, are creating a wave of warmth and healing that touches our hearts. How can we sustain this generosity of spirit and open-heartedness once the crisis is over?
The best way to create a better world is to be your true self – your essence that is love – to live from your heart and be inclusive. To transmute any energy that is personally focused, my will, any entitlement, and focus on the good of all, spiritual will, to collaborate with others.
Just having a vision of a new world sends out positive energy, so get your vision board out!
